The Women’s Council of the Bay Area Association of Realtists, Inc., hosted their 6th Annual Scholarship Ban- quet on August 10th, at the Tampa Park Community Center.
During this event, schol- arships were awarded to four high school seniors: Sosha James, Zaire Johnson, Lauryn Fitzpatrick, Jayla Stubbins; and a single mother continuing her edu- cation, Nathena Lowman-
Brown.
The keynote speaker for
the event was Chloe Coney, who is currently with HNTB as a Public Involvement Spe- cialist.
The Women’s Council is committed to assisting with Financial Literacy for teens and adults and First-Time homebuyer classes for the communities they serve. Ida Williams Campbell is President. (Photographs by Ricky Roberts)
