YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Divorce has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christina Rodgers, whose address is 11518 Scarlet Ibis Place, Riverview, FL 33569, on or before December 8, 2020, and file the original with Clerk of this Court, at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on or, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter.
If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
The action is asking the court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided: NONE
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Office. You may review these documents upon request.

 Notice of Intent
East Tampa Business and Civic Association, Inc., hereafter referred to as Owner, is seeking qualified Bidders to provide Exterior Renovations for the Park Sand Townhome Community. The Owner would like to recognize the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners, funded by HUD as our sponsor, and for their support in making this project possible. The project site is located at 702 E 113th Ave, Tampa, FL 33612. The proposed work involves renovation and replacement of siding, windows, roofing, painting, lighting, and other exterior modifications for eight (8) townhome structures.
It is the intent of the Owner to seek fixed-price, lump-sum bids for all efforts required to fully accomplish the work as described in the plans and specifications by the Engineer (Engineered Design Services LLC, hereafter referred to as EDS). A complete package of Bid Documents for the projects may be obtained from EDS by e-mailing contact@edsengineers.com with “Request for Bid – EDS 20-104” in the subject line, and the name, phone number, and e-mail address of the requesting party in the body of the e-mail. The Bid Documents package will be made available starting Thursday, November 19th, 2020 to registered bidders as a pdf document.
Previous experience with exterior multi-family residential building renovation is a requirement for qualification. Bidders will be required to provide a list of completed or active projects on or before the pre-bid conference. The list shall include the project name and/or address, size, contract value, date completed, current status (if active), Owner’s name and address, and the telephone number of the Owner’s representative.
The federal funds supporting this Project trigger Federal Labor Relation compliance requirements which include enforcing Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements for site development and infrastructure onsite, including construction activity not funded by federal funds.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually through Zoom on Monday, November 30th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (EDT). The conference will provide all potential Bidders with an overview of the project and an opportunity to review and discuss all Bid Documents. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a site visit on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. (EDT) at the Park Sand Townhome Community. All CDC COVID-19 recommended guidelines shall be in full effect including, but not limited to, social distancing and mandatory wearing of masks.
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, December 9th, 2020.
Sealed bids and all attachments should be directed to the attention of ETBCA and shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Bids for Exterior Renovations to the Park Sand Townhome Community”. Each bid must be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions to Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to use reasonable judgment for minor discrepancies, and to re-advertise if necessary. A Public Bid Opening will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (EDT) at the offices of the Owner. Upon identification of a best qualified bid by the Owner, the Bid Documents will undergo a confirmation review. All Bidders will be notified of the results of the review on or before Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
