PCL Construction Services, Inc. located at 6700 Forum Dr., Suite 100, Orlando, Florida 32821, phone (407) 363-0059, fax (407) 363-0171, requests subcontractor and supplier bids for “Authority No. 8225 17-SkyCenter Site Development, Atrium and Pedestrian Bridge” project located at the Tampa International Airport. Project consists of the construction of a new 4-story, 40,000 sf Atrium structure, a 230-ft long elevated Pedestrian Walkway, a new 600-ft long remote, commercial curbside, a 230-foot extension of the existing remote commercial curbside canopy, phased reconfiguration of the existing Airport Cell Phone Waiting Lot, and civil/site preparations of surrounding 35-acre parcel for future development. The scope of work generally consists of Sitework, Landscaping, Concrete, Precast, Masonry, Structural & Misc. Steel, Cabinetry, Waterproofing, Roofing, Metal Wall Panels, Doors, Storefront & Curtainwall, Skylights, Interior Finishes, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. Bid due date is October 24, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. EST. Drawings, specifications and bid form documents are available by contacting PCL. PCL encourages ALL sub-trades to review the entire package prior to bid day. PCL encourages the participation of W/MBE and DBE firms. For this project the Owner has established a W/MBE Participation Goal of 14.4%.

The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (the “Authority”) will receive sealed bids for Chinese Drywall Remediation Repair located at 3803 Machado Street Tampa, FL 33610 until 2:00 P.M. (prevailing Tampa, Florida time), on October 10, 2018. All bids are to be submitted to the attention of the 1st floor receptionist to be date and time stamped in and dropped in the designated bid submission repository of the Authority’s Administrative office located at 5301 West Cypress Street, Tampa, Florida, 33607, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above stated time may not be considered.
