Justice That Restores Volunteer Conference
A blend of cultures, back- grounds, experience, various cities meshed together in a passionate cause to be more enlightened and encouraged on bringing hope and restora- tion to prisoners and their families.
There was a rich time of worship and praise with Mt. Calvary SDA Church minister- ing in song, food and fellow- ship - meeting new friends, breakout sessions hosted by several dynamic speakers, a panel of ex-offenders shared their stories and credited their success to volunteers who cared enough to get involved, now they are out and giving back to society because they found the resources that they needed.
It was held Saturday, Sep- tember 10, 2016 from 8am- 4pm at the Hillsborough Community College Campus on Dale Mabry.
Mr. Roland Victor and Ms. Brenda McGowan co- ordinated the event.
