      T. I. Challenges 50 Cent To ‘Verzuz’ Battle During ‘BMF’ Premiere Event
Drake Tells J. Cole He’s ‘One Of The Greatest Rappers To Ever Touch A Mic
DRAKE AND J. COLE
T.I. won’t give up.
While performing at the premiere event for Black Fam- ily Mafia, Tip took a moment to issue another challenge to 50 Cent.
“Hey 50, we got to do this Verzuz, man,” he said as the DJ began playing “Whatever You Like.” He continued, “Give them what the people want to see, man!”
T.I. has previously ex- pressed interest in going head- to-head with Fif on the Verzuz stage, insisting he has a much “doper” catalog than the G- Unit boss. During a July 2020

Drake wasn’t going to “Pipe Down” when he hit the stage with J. Cole Friday night in Miami.
During the opening stop of Cole’s The Off-Season Tour, the rapper invited Drizzy and Future on stage with him for a performance of their No. 1 hit “Way 2 Sexy.” Afterwards, Drake took the moment to give Cole his flowers.
“I gotta say this ’cause I don’t always wanna have a heartfelt moment when we’re on stage together,” Drake says around the 3:30-mark of the clip above. “You know, you did that ‘Pipe Down’ freestyle the other day. You was sayin’ in the freestyle that they gave you the bronze or whatever, me and Kendrick...I just want you
to understand something. You are genuinely, without a doubt, one of the greatest rappers to ever touch a mic.”
And as Drake puts it, not everyone out there places Cole in the third spot.
“I just want to let you know, there’s way too many people in the world that think and know that Cole is in the top position,” “I love you with all my heart, you’re my brother, one of my favorite artists. Always appreciate you having me out here.”
Drake was of course re- ferring to last week’s “Heaven’s EP” freestyle, where Cole rapped that, “Some people say that I’m running third, they threw the bronze at me/Behind Drake and Dot, yeah, them n***as is superstars to me.”
