Realtor’s Family History Is His Motivation For Building Generational Wealth
BY MONIQUE STAMPS Sentinel Staff Writer
Local realtor Irvin Beacham knows the pain of a lost inheritance and lost generational wealth.
His grandfather and great- grandfather came to the area and bought several parcels of land on Walnut Street, Spruce Street, and in Seminole Heights. Unfortunately, the land was lost because of the lack of education about real estate transactions, inheri- tance laws, and unpaid taxes.
After researching his fam- ily’s lost property, Beacham began his interest in real es- tate as a vocation. He was de- termined to rebuild his family’s lost fortune while ed- ucating others on the details
of real estate.
Beacham, a graduate of
Jefferson High School, was born and raised in Tampa. He and his wife, CaShaun, are parents of six children. He went into the Army before re- turning to the area to study real estate.
In 2016 he obtained his real estate license. He started out working with Ann Thompson & Associates Realty, LLC and rapidly advanced to sales manager.
In 2019 he obtained his real estate broker’s license, al- lowing him to become a bro- ker in addition to an agent.
In 2020, he earned his real estate instructor’s license so that he could offer education to buyers, sellers, and in- vestors.

... Owner of Beacham Realty
On January 1, 2021, he opened Beacham Realty Group, LLC.
Beacham specializes in residential real estate. He says, “we assist first time home buyers, homeowners, and investors with buying and
selling single family homes, multi-family homes, town homes, and condos. The counties we service are Hills- borough, Pasco, Polk and Pinellas County.”
He continues, “building generational wealth in the Black community has histori- cally been a challenge. We can address this by educating in- dividuals in starting their own real estate career and invest- ing in real estate.”
Beacham is opening Pi- nite International School of Real Estate in early 2022. The school will instruct students about getting their real estate license and investing in resi- dential and commercial real estate.
Another large part of his work includes educational ef-
forts to extend services for homeowners facing bank- ruptcy.
Beacham Realty Group, LLC has partnered with BK Global to aid homeowners that are interested in selling their home and getting a fresh start.
Beacham Realty Group LLC is also partnering with Thompson Property Manage- ment Group, LLC to address affordable housing in the Tampa Bay area. Thompson Property Management Group has over 30 years of experi- ence in the property manage- ment field and has successfully managed proper- ties with families who used the services of Solita’s House, St. Vincent DePaul, and Sec- tion 8.
