Prince’s Sister Sells Percentage Of His Estate To Private Equity Fund
50 Cent Warns Nick Cannon Over Eminem Diss: 'I Oughta Kick You In Your A**'
Prince’s sister has un- loaded a portion of her one- sixth share in her late brother’s estate. Tyka Nelson filed court documents confirming that she sold some of the estate to Primary Wave IP Fund, The Blast reported on Monday (Dec. 3).
“I have the opportunity to consult with separate legal counsel and financial advisors and have been fully advised by my legal counsel and financial advisors of the rights I enjoy as an heir to the Estate and the legal, financial, and personal implications of entering into the Expectancy Interest Trans- fer Agreement,” Nelson stated in court documents ob- tained by the website.
At Nelson’s request, Pri- mary Wave IP will now be in-

volved in “all matters” regard- ing the estate. Primary Wave has reportedly requested to keep the details of the acquisi-
tion sealed.
Nelson allegedly owes
more than $850,000 in legal bills from multiple law firms that worked on the music leg- end’s estate issues. Prince died without a will in 2016. His estate was split between six heirs, including Tyka and his half-siblings, Sharon Nel- son, Norrine Nelson, John Nelson, Alfred Jackson and Omarr Baker. Jack- son, 66, died earlier this year.
Founded in 2006, Primary Wave is one of the largest in- dependent music publishing, talent management, branding and digital marketing compa- nies in the country. In recent years, the company has ac- quired the catalog of jazz great Count Basie, and a portion of Bob Marley’s music catalog.
50 Cent and Eminem’s friendship stretches back years, so it’s no surprise the Power mogul has Em’s back in his latest feud with Nick Cannon.
On Tuesday (December 10), Fiddy shared an Insta- gram photo of Eminem’s face with the words, “Believe in restoring the game. Even if it means destroying all the players” written across the front of it.
In the caption, 50 essen- tially questioned how Can- non could be so brazen to think he could fire shots at an ordained rap god.
“I don’t understand to save my life why someone would pick a fight with EM,” he

wrote. “He is a different kinda animal, I haven’t seen a moth- erf***er come close to beating him man. hey Nick that s**t was trash, I oughta kick you in yo a** when I see you PUNK!”
