ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM SERVICES
The Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop and deploy a new Access Control System (ACS) in support of its Selmon Expressway Reversible Express Lanes (REL). The REL system is a reversible lane tolled system that is designed to carry one-way traffic in the predominant commuting direction for AM/PM peak travel times.

FIRMS THAT OBTAIN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR OR THEA ARE CAUTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE.
Interested firms shall submit a completed response to the Authority by September 22, 2021, by 2:00 p.m. EST. Firms failing to submit the required documents as outlined within the Instructions and Submittal Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the RFP.
