Authorities Raid Lenny Kravitz’s Free Dental Clinic
LENNY KRAVITZ
Lenny Kravitz learned the hard way about government over-regulation on Monday when police raided a free dental clinic he sponsored in the Ba- hamas.
“The dentists literally had to run out the back door to escape being arrested.’’
The “Fly Away” singer and “Hunger Games” actor is a long- time resident of Gregory Town on the island of Eleuthera, and his Let Love Rule Foundation has quietly contributed to local charitable programs.
Kravitz flew several Ameri- can dentists there for the four- day clinic, but evidently didn’t get all the permits required.
On last Monday, the last day of the program, as local resi- dents were being fitted for den- tures and having root canals, police and immigration officials burst in “and gave the team working 15 minutes to pack up all the equipment and leave,” the Eleutheran newspaper re- ported.
Kravitz’s spokeswoman said he had no comment.

“I’m really excited to have signed with IMG Models,” Miguel told WWD. “I’ve al- ways been interested in ex- pressing myself through style. IMG is the best in the business and I’m looking forward to ex- tending my brand beyond music.”
Meek Mill Misses Out On Movie Role Due To Probation
Copyright Suit Filed Against ‘Ballers’ Execs
Meek Mill will miss out on starring in a new Will Smith- produced movie because of probation woes stemming from a 2008 drug and gun case.
Meek’s been in grueling hearings in a Philadelphia courtroom — even breaking down on the stand — and has been ordered not to work or perform before a Feb. 5 sen- tencing.
Mill was meant to travel to Hollywood, Calif., in November regarding a role in “12 O’Clock Boys,” an upcoming movie by Smith’s Overbrook Entertain- ment.
It’s based on the story of the infamous West Baltimore ille- gal-dirt-bike riders who were the subject of an indie docu- mentary that debuted at SXSW in 2013. Mill was to play the role of “Wheelie Wayne,” sources said.
But Mill missed a scheduled trip to LA for the film because he had to take a urine test as part of his probation just four

days after a previous test. An- other high-profile gig he’ll miss, because of the court order to keep him in Philly till February, is a Las Vegas con- cert with Minaj at Drai’s, for which sources said Mill would’ve made $140,000.
Judge Genece Brinkley ruled that Mill was in “techni- cal violation” of his probation, but has not decided on any punishment.
The HBO football comedy series “Ballers” took a hit with a copyright lawsuit that has as many twists and turns as some of the best NFL plays you’d see on any given Sunday. Writers Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton sued the premium network, star and executive producer Dwayne Johnson, executive producer Mark Wahlberg and creator and ex- ecutive producer Stephen Levinson in federal court last Thursday. Seeking unspecified punitive, compensatory and special damages, the duo claim the cabler and the producers lifted the concept for the grid- iron version of
“Entourage,” which Wahlberg and Levinson

On Friday (Dec. 18), all of the Braxton siblings (Toni, Trina, Traci, Towanda, Tamar, even their brother Michael) visited The Real to promote their Christmas LP Braxton Family Christmas.
The sisters performed a stir- ring, harmonic rendition of “Mary Did You Know,” and
the only brother in the bunch, Michael (who’s an RN), also flexed his vocals with sister Toni on a duet “Under My Christmas Tree” (also on the album).
They also sat down to talk about Toni’s upcoming Life- time biopic Un-Break My Heart which will air on Jan 23.

Lawyers for Bill Cosby said Friday they will fight an at- tempt to require his wife to give a sworn deposition in a defamation lawsuit filed by seven women who accuse the comedian of sexually assault- ing them decades ago.
A lawyer for the women has subpoenaed Camille Cosby to be deposed on Jan. 6. at a hotel in Springfield, Massa- chusetts.
But Cosby’s lawyers filed a motion Friday to quash the subpoena, saying she has no firsthand, non-repetitive knowledge of issues in the law- suit. They also argue that any confidential communications between Cosby and his wife are protected by the Massa- chusetts spousal disqualifica-

Just call him Soulja Man now.
We all make mistakes but some are more permanent and more painful to erase than oth- ers - just ask Soulja Boy.
On last Thursday the 25- year-old rapper revealed he was having laser treatment in a bid to remove his Gucci symbol tattoo that sits in the middle of his forehead. The rapper may be looking at a lot of time in the chair to get rid of all his face tattoos, as he has quite the col- lection - not to mention the fact his entire body is also covered in ink.
Despite the painful treat- ment as soon as it finished the star seemed in good spirits, posting a number of Snapchats of himself.

The rapper -whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way - had a bandage tapped across his head but managed to make a few jokes and laugh with his pals.
