On Saturday, Biggs re- portedly drove to Johnson’s home and they began arguing outside the home. Biggs re- portedly produced a handgun and began shooting John- son. Johnson retreated in- side the home and Biggs is alleged to have forcibly en- tered and continued shooting Johnson, police said.
After the shooting, Biggs left the scene, but was ar- rested a short time later. Biggs was transported to the Pinellas County Jail, where he was charged with first-degree murder.
Police said the two men knew each other.
