MLK Day Event
Dr. King Holiday Interfaith Service
For nearly 30 years, an Interfaith Service has been a part of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Celebrations. The 2018 service was held at Allen Temple AME Church. The guest speaker was Attorney Kendall T. Moore of the law firm, Moore and Baughan. He spoke from John 6 (2 Fish and 5 Loaves Of Bread). (Pho- tos by Lomax McIntyre)
Marquia Trigg, honoree, Mrs. Queen Miller, who received the Patricia (Pat) Spencer Award; Rep. Kathy Castor, Taliya Wilson and Turquoise Wilson.
Rabbi Jason Rosenburg, Temple Beth Am was a program participant.
Dr. Aida Mackic, repre- sented the Council On American Islamic Relation (CAIR).
Concert Pianist, James Crumbley was a part of the pro- gram.
Bruce and Casey Curry were also in attendance.

St. Paul Catholic Hispanic Choir provided music along with other choirs.
