Tupac’s Political Prisoner Dad May Be Getting Out Soon
Tupac Shakur and his stepfather, Mutulu Shakur.
You all know that Tupac came from good ol’ fashioned revolutionary stock. His mother was Afeni Shakur. But, his step-dad was a man named Mutulu Shakur.
His wiki says: “is an Amer- ican Black nationalist and acupuncturist. He was a pro- ponent of the Republic of New Afrika and a close friend of Geronimo Pratt.”
Basically, they were some bad dudes that wanted the best for Black people. Unfor- tunately, there was a lot of in- justice and COINTELPRO happening back in the day.
We are hearing that Mu- tulu may be getting out of jail soon and will be returning home. We hope so since he is a political prisoner more than anything else.
Cole Finally Given His College Degree
Judge To Bar Kanye And Kim From Florida
J. Cole is having a great year so far.
First he goes platinum, and its the first solo artist to do so without a musical feature in decades. Now, he’s also re- ceived his college degree.

A Tampa federal judge was asked this week to grant an emergency restraining order barring Kanye West and Kim Kardashian from ever entering Florida or ap- pearing on Florida television.
Oddly, the petitioner was an inmate of a Pennsylvania prison, Wayne Richard Albright, 44.
“I think it’s safe to say we as a country are sick and tired of the Kardashians and most of all Kimberly and her self proclaimed best rapper rockstar on the planet, Kanye West,” the inmate wrote.
Albright — locked up for failing to register as a sex of- fender — called the couple “the worst pair of role mod- els this world has ever seen.” His sex offender status dates to the attempted sexual as- sault and robbery of a woman in 1999, according to Lancaster police Lt. Todd Umstead.
Kardashian and West are not the only targets of Al-

bright’s derision. In the Kardashian petition, Al- bright told the court, “This task America has placed on your shoulders won’t be an easy one, but we all have faith in your ability to get the job done. So, whatta say, make us all proud.”
U.S. District Judge Charlene Edwards Hon- eywell responded Wednes- day with a written order of denial, citing case law that requires Albright to show he’s at risk of harm. She also noted that he didn’t pay the filing fee.

Memphitz Loses Defamation
Case Against K. Michelle
And Mona Scott Young
K. Michelle (Kimberly Michelle Pate), VH1 and producers of the hit show "Love Hip Hop Atlanta", are in the clear after a judge ruled in their favor in a 2012 filed defamation case.
Michelle's ex-boyfriend, former Jive Records executive Mickey “Memphitz” Wright, Jr., filed the lawsuit in a Georgia District Court on Sept. 5, 2012, claiming K. Michelle and the network accused him of physical abuse and embezzlement on the show.
Wright, who was intro- duced to Reality TV by his now estranged wife, Toya Wright a.k.a. Lil Wayne’s ex-wife, asked for $15 million in compensatory damages and $50 million in punitive damages, but he will not see a penny because he could not prove the allegations brought up by K. Michelle were false. He also had to prove the alle- gations were "injurious to his reputation and was published

with a degree of fault at least amounting to negligence."
Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney stated in his ruling: "The record shows that they [LHHA producers & VH1] reasonably believed De- fendant Pate during produc- tion of LHHA and that they still do today."
According to AJC, Wright also admitted that he got into a physical altercation with K. Michelle in a Mem- phis hotel in 2009. And sent a text message threatening to kill K. Michelle’s son. That content of the text was bleeped out on the show, negating its importance in the case.
