RAY WILLIAMS
MS. MAE LISSA JOHNSON-COOPER
Ms. Mae Lissa Johnson- Cooper of Brandon, passed away Monday, October 19, 2020.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, October 31, at 2 p. m. at Cathedral of Faith, 6304 N. 30th Street, with Pastor Earnest Lowe, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery, 11005 N. U. S. Hwy. 301, Thono- tosassa, FL 33592. Please follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are required.
Ms. Mae Lissa Johnson- Cooper was a native of Tampa, Florida and a resident of the Seffner/Brandon Communities. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Plant City High School. She enlisted into the United States Air Force earn- ing the rank MSGT/E7. While serving her country, Mae also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She re- tired after completing 20 years of faithful service.
Mae Lissa began her second career with Bausch and Lomb Pharmaceuticals Company retir- ing after 20 years of dedicated service. Mae Lissa was a faithful member of New Berean Baptist
Church, Brandon, FL, under the leadership of Pastor Earnest Lowe, Jr., where she served fer- vently until her health began to fail.
Mae Lissa became a surro- gate mother to 3 great nieces, Da’Kayla Brown, Toshayla Hall and Quatayla Hall, whom she loved dearly. Mae Lissa was also a caregiver to her mother. She accomplished and achieved so much in her life and always put God first.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Governor John- son; and her husband, Johnnie Francis “Frank” Cooper.
She leaves to cherish her memory: step-daughter, Jas- mine Cooper; mother, Erma Wylie, Columbus, GA; three lov- ing sisters, Yvonne Johnson, Brandon, FL, Erma Jean John- son, Columbus, GA, and Debra Ervin (Andre), Corbett, VA; three loving brothers, Tommy Kenner (Beverly), Tampa, FL, Alton Kenner and Hugh Jeff Wylie (Esmirna), both of Bran- don, FL; uncle, Joe Johnson (Gloria), Atlanta, GA; aunt, Alice Johns, Thonotosassa, FL, mother-in-law, Mother Evelyn Cooper, Seffner, FL; father-in- law, Arthur Jackson (Yolanda), Vero Beach, FL; two sisters-in- law, Jeanette Reed, Tampa, FL and Gail Cooper, Valrico, FL; special friends, Angel Ellis, Philadelphia, PA, Eddie Huff (Pat), Macon Larry (Shelly), both of Seffner, FL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, many sorrowing relatives and friends.
The visitation will be held, Friday, October 30, from 3 – 7 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave, Tampa, FL 33607. We are ask- ing family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are required.

MS. SABRINA FAYE POLITE
Ms. Sabrina Faye Polite of Tampa passed away Saturday Oc- tober 24, 2020. A Graveside serv- ice will be conducted Saturday, October 31 at 11 a. m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, with Pas- tor Clethen Sutton, officiating. In- terment will follow.
Sabrina was a native of Florida and resident of Tampa for 59 years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County, graduating from Tampa Bay Technical High School, Class of 1978. Sabrina retired from the Department of Children and Fam- ily Services. Sabrina loved her family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Sabrina loved life and especially children. She enjoyed family gatherings, spending time with her sons, grandkids, mother and siblings. She enjoyed travel- ing, cooking, shopping, camping and she was a gift giver.
She was preceded in death by: her grandfather, Roscoe Clethen; father, Earl Leo Monroe, Jr.; nephews, Jarmon Jeffery Jordan, and Roniell Rashad Slaton.

Mrs. Beverly Robinson de- parted peacefully at home amongst her loving family on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

Mrs. Beverly Robinson was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was a kind and loving wife, mother and grandmother, who is cherished and will be truly missed.
She leaves behind a loving and devoted husband, Eston Robinson Senior; 1 son; 3 daugh- ters; 2 sons-in-law, 9 grandchil- dren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a mirad of friends and family members that adored and loved Mrs. Beverly Robinson.

Mr. Isaiah Emanuel Thorn- ton of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

He attended Lomax Ele- mentary and Stewart Middle schools of Hillsborough County and attended New Hope Mis- sionary Baptist Church.
Isaiah was preceded in death by: his paternal grandfather, Emanuel Thornton, Sr.; and ma- ternal grandfather, George Lewis Harrison.
Isaiah leaves his life memo- ries in the hearts of: his parents, Mr. Emanuel and Mrs. Monique Harrison Thornton, Jr.; sisters, Jakeyshia, Chaquita, Knikaila, De’Mia, Angel, and Anais; broth- ers, Emanuel, III, Cody, Nolan, and D’Mond; paternal grand- mother, Georgia A. Thornton; maternal grandmother, Barbara J. Harrison; and a host of other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
