INSURANCE BROKER SERVICES
The Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (the Authority) is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms to perform all services and duties customarily and usually performed for insurance broker services.
This RFQ is for broker selection only. The firm is not authorized to approach any market on the Authority’s behalf. If the Authority becomes aware of a brokerage firm approaching a market in regard to this RFQ, the firm may be disqualified.
The complete Instructions and Submittal Documents are available through the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com) or through an email request to Man.Le@tampa-xway.com. FIRMS THAT OBTAIN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR OR THEA ARE CAUTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE.
Interested firms shall submit a completed response to the Authority by April 6, 2021, by 2:00 p.m. EST. Firms failing to submit the required documents as outlined within the Instructions and Submittal Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the RFQ. The Authority strongly encourages the solicitation and utilization of SBE firms and requires nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, sex and national origin in its contracting practices.

UNIT PRICE ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION SERVICES
Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is advertising for sealed bids from qualified contractors interested in furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, consumable supplies, fuel, and other incidentals necessary to remove, separate, and dispose of offsite environmentally impacted materials from PTB property on an as-needed basis.
PTB will hold a NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID TELECONFERENCE on Friday, March 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders are encouraged to participate and should view the bid documents prior to the teleconference. See Instructions to Bidders Section of the bid document for teleconference details.
The ITB will be available on DemandStar (www.demandstar.com) beginning Friday, March 12, 2021. Interested firms shall submit an electronic response via DemandStar no later than Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on PTB projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the bids.
