MR. DENNIS LEON COLLINS
Visitation and Homegoing Service for Mr. Dennis Collins, who passed away September 3, 2021, will be held in his memory on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at 2 P. M. at Harmon Funeral Home, Pastors William and Cas- sandra Granville, officiating.
Life-long resident of Tampa, Florida, Dennis Leon Collins, passed unexpectedly on Friday, September 3, 2021.
Mr. Collins was born August 9, 1952, to Wayde and Bernice Collins. He attended Blake High School, where he was a member of the football team, later leading him into the field of coaching. He continued his education at Hills- borough Community College, as well as the University of South Florida, both in Tampa, Florida. He went on to become a coach with the City of Tampa for over 10 years and at the same time ex- plored entrepreneurship.
When he wasn’t working full- time, he was performing as a DJ and standing in as a substitute in schools from time to time.
He is preceded in death by: his father, Wayde Collins and mother, Bernice Collins; and brother, Wade Collins.
He is survived by his sons: Desmond Collins and Rashad Collins; grandchildren: Rakeria Collins, Nayron Collins, Ledgi- nay Collins, Rashad Collins, Jr., Desiree Collins and Giovanni Collins; brothers and sisters: Ab- duraheem Baraka, Ray Collins, Cheryl Collins and Crystal Collins; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

MR. JACQUEZ MANUEL
Memorial Service for Jacquez Manuel, who passed away Au- gust 31, 2021, will be held 12 Noon, Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Heaven Destiny Church, 4104 E. Ellicott St., Tampa, Florida 33610, with Pastor Tom Jones, officiating.
Jacquez Manuel pass away peacefully on August 31, 2021. He was born on October 20, 1997 at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospi- tal, Tampa, Florida. He gradu- ated from Hillsborough High School on May of 2016. His pas- sion in life included making music and playing basketball, PlayStation and simply have a great time with friends. His per- sonality, infectious laughter and that beautiful smile will always be remembered and his presence will be missed.
He leaves to cherish his memory: great-grandmother, Yvonne Cox; uncle, Jimmy Cox, Chris Cox; father: Henry and wife, Patricia Manuel; aunts: April Cox, Samantha Jones, Hat- tie Parker; sisters: Orbriella Bai- ley, Gabrielle Manuel, Shayla Manuel, Tatiana Manuel, Nyomi Manuel; brothers: Bernard Walker, Zachary Manuel, Der- aundrake Manuel, Anthony Manuel, Henry Manuel, Jr.; niece: Ariel Bailey; nephews: Au- rbrion Bailey; cousins: Jamie Aikens, Antwan Townsend, Emon Anderson, Kyle Allen, Hatishia Carr, Ri’naja Cox, Lavette Cox .
He also leaves behind a host of devoted relatives and friends, including his friend he calls his Angel Mrs. Beth.

MR. JIM S. MATHIEU
Homegoing Celebration in lov- ing memory of Jim S. Mathieu, who passed away August 29, 2021, will be held 11 A. M., Saturday, September 18, 2021, at New Jerusalem Haitian Baptist Church, 1912 E. 139th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33613, with Pastor Joseph Francios, officiating. In- terment will be in Rose Hill Ceme- tery, 4406 E. Chelsea St., Tampa, Florida 33610.
Mr. Jim Mathieu was born in Naples, Florida, on February 19, 1994, to the proud parents of Suzie Brutus and Benson Duver- noir. He was a loyal and faithful member of the University Haitian Baptist Church, where he stayed committed throughout his life. Jim was educated in the Hillsbor- ough County Public School Sys- tem. He was very hard and dedicated worker.
Blessed are the pure and the pure in heart was Jim S. Mathieu. He loved playing video games, piano, and listening to music, and freestyling. His love for his family was phenomenal. The smile on Jim’s face would fill the room, even a stranger’s heart with con- tentment. He was there whenever you needed him, no matter who called.
Jim was preceded in death by: his grandfather, Charles-Pierre Pelissier.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ories: mother, Suzie Brutus and father, Benson Duvernoir; one grandmother, FiFi; 3 brothers: Emmanuel Mathieu, Sr. and wife, Kamilya Mathieu, Ray Mathieu, Dave Lindor; one sister, Midlaine Comon and husband, Jean Comon; 3 nephews: Emmanuel Mathieu, Jr., Jordan Mathieu and Jayden Comon; one aunt, Joselyn; one uncle, Arnel; and to all the cousins and sorrowing friends and family.
Visitation from 5 to 7 this Fri- day at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, Florida 33610.
The processional into the church will commence at 10:45 A. M. Saturday.

Silla, 5705 E. 32nd Ave., Tampa, Florida 33619, with Pas- tor Antonio Hawkins, officiat- ing. Interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea St., Tampa, Florida 33610.
Tony was born August 23, 1958, to the late Curtis Eber- hart, Sr., affectionately known as “Oil Weld,” and Eufa Wash- ington Eberhart.
He is preceded in death by: his father, Curtis Eberhart and several family members.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted mother, Eufa Eberhart; wife, Lisa Eber- hart; children: Curtis Eberhart, III, Sade, Sharicka, Steven, Cur- tis Eberhart, IV, twins, Lexie and Aliyah and Mia; 14 grand- children; siblings: Jeffery Eber- hart and Jackie, Cedrick Eberhart, Valerie Eberhart, Darrel Eberhart and JoAnn, Sandra Eberhart Moore; one uncle, Booker T. Reginald Keith Johnson, a lifelong resident of Tampa Florida, passed away unexpect- edly on September 2, 2021 at the age of 52. He was born February 17, 1969. And graduated from Jefferson High School, Class of 1987. Reginald was a devoted fa- ther, uncle, cousin and friend.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: his children Rychelle Johnson and Kewiana Johnson grandchildren; Thomas John- son, Thomanique Johnson, Thalia Johnson; siblings: Rod- ney Johnson, Sheila Johnson, Henry Johnson and wife, Sharon, Jeffrey Johnson, Steven Johnson and Drial, Brid- gette Johnson, Kimberly John- son and husband, Robert.
He is predeceased by: his fa- ther and mother, John and Jan- nie Johnson and his brother, Eric Johnson.
