Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) has been selected as the construction manager for the new construction of the Administration Building for Hillsborough Community College.
The project is the new construction of a three (3) story, 45,000 SF concrete tilt-wall building.
Scopes of work include: Sitework, Concrete, Steel, Cabinets/Countertops, Joint Sealants, Waterproofing, Roofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Storefront, Curtainwall, Drywall, Finish Flooring, Porcelain Tile, Painting, Specialties, Flagpole, Exterior Sun Control Structure, Canopies, Window Treatment, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Low Voltage / Systems.
