Men Being Sought In Walmart Theft
Man Arrested For
WALMART SUSPECT #1
Police have arrested a 43- year-old man and charged him with shooting another man. He was arrested Mon- day.
According to police, on February 2nd, around 2 a.m., a man observed an unknown man who was reportedly as- saulting a woman. The good Samaritan stopped to inter- cede and became involved in an argument with the sus- pect.
The suspect, identified as Edward Nieves, tried to

punch the other man, but missed. Nieves then al- legedly went to his red pickup truck, retrieved a handgun, and shot the other man.
After the shooting, Nieves and the unidentified woman fled the scene. The good Samaritan was trans- ported to a local hospital with non-life threatening in- juries.
Several tips led police to Nieves as the shooter and tipsters advised police that

Rico and would be returning on Monday.
At approximately 7 p.m., he was arrested at the Or- lando International Airport. He is facing charges of aggra- vated battery with a deadly weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
