First Year Of Service Celebration Held
have given in the City of Bartow dur- ing the past year. Elder Charles Pittman served as Master of Cere- mony. The message entitled “Chosen to Lead” was preached by Elder Monte Wilson. Songs of worship and praise were rendered by devo- tional leader LaCorsha Wilson.

Congratulations to Commis- sioner Phillip Walker who was re- cently elected to serve another four-year term in the seat of the Northwest District City Commission. In the city-wide election, Commis- sioner Walker received a majority of the votes over Ricky Shirah and a newcomer to the Lakeland political arena, Alberto Rodriguez.
