Kappas National Founders’ Day Coming To Tampa In January

Founders’ Day festivities January 3 - 6, 2019.
It will be the first national conference held by one of the nine organizations of the Na- tional Pan-Hellenic Council hosted in the City of Tampa.
Tampa Alumni, along with the chapters at the Uni- versity of South Florida (Zeta Chi) and Saint Leo (Zeta Chi Colony), will be the host chapters for the activities which will feature four events for the public.
On Thursday, Jan. 3, the
organization will have a Sips and Smokes kickoff mixer at Davidoff of Geneva.
On Friday, Jan. 4, the of- ficial J5 Party, Old vs. Nu School will be held at the Grand Hyatt. One night, which will feature two rooms and two parties – an R&B room and a hip hop room.
On Jan. 5, the fraternity will host a Red Light Special day party at American Social. The event will be from 11 a. m.to3p.m.Then,totopit off, will be the Eklipse All Black Party at the Grand Hyatt.

The deadline is Dec. 7. Tampa Alumni, which is celebrating its 90th year, was named Southern Province Large Chapter of the Year and Southern Province Reclamation Large Chapter of the Year. As part of its 90th anniversary, the chapter set out to donate 90 pack-and- play cribs to needy families in the Tampa Bay commu- nity. That total ended up with more than 200 being
donated.
