MR. OMAR R. BILLUPS
Mr. Omar R. Billups of Tampa, Florida passed away July 17, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 29 at 2 p. m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, with Pastor T. D. Leonard, offici- ating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mr. Billups was a native of Tampa, Florida and was educated in the public schools of Hillsbo- rough County, last attending Jef- ferson High School.
He was preceded in death by: his son, Dustin Billups; grand- mother, Rose Bacon; great- grand- father, James Billups, Sr.; uncles, David Billups, Larry Brown, Harry Brown “TJ” and Anthony Bacon; aunt, Linda Brown; cousins, Markelious Bacon and Timario Billups.

MR. JOSEPH RILEY, JR.
Mr. Joseph Riley, Jr. of Tampa passed away July 24, 2017. A Homegoing service will be conducted Saturday, July 29, at 2 p. m. at Pilgrims Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 4202 W. Nassau Street, Reverend Dr. Linda Reese, Senior Pastor, Rev- erend Willie Mae Peterson, presiding, with Reverend Prentiss Davis, Words of Com- fort. Interment will be held Monday, July 31 at 11:30 a. m. at the Florida National Ceme- tery, Bushnell, Florida.
Mr. Riley was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida and was educated in the Public Schools of Hillsbor- ough County, graduating from Howard W. Blake High School. After graduation, Mr. Riley en- listed into the United States Navy, where he served and was Honorably discharged. Mr. Riley then enjoyed a career as a Program Technician for Honeywell/Group Technology for 35 years. He loved his fam- ily and enjoyed fishing.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Joseph Riley, Sr.; and mother, Pearlie Mae Riley.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife of 46 years, Earnestine “Stine” Riley; his children, son, Eric Walker and wife, Mary; daugh- ter, Tina Boggs; one grandson, Demetrius “Sport” Eddie, Jr.; sister, Margaret Brown; spe- cial cousin, Albert “Chappie” Fordham; godson, Matthew Claxton; brothers-in-law, Alton Walker, Lorenzo Tol- bert, and Arthur Tolbert; sis- ter-in-law, Deborah Caldwell; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends of the family, among some are, Moe, Earl, Rick and the Caldwell families.

MRS. ANNIE CLAUDE BURDEN
A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Annie Claude Burden will be held Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa 33605, with Rev. Dr. Pa- tricia Hauser, Pastor of Potter’s House Deliverance Tabernacle, Tampa, officiating. Interment will follow Monday, July 31, 2017 at 2:30 p. m. at Florida Na- tional Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
Mrs. Annie Claude Burden was born to the late Robert Young and Minnie Singleton on August 22, 1931 in Montezuma, Georgia. She met and married Mr. Louis Burden. She was em- ployed in the food distribution industry for many years. Annie was a faithful member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. H Hunt, until her health began to fail.
On Monday, July 17, 2017 Mrs. Annie Claude Burden en- tered from labor into eternal rest.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband; a son, Robert Singleton; and a daugh- ter, Carla Wright.
She leaves to cherish her fondest memories: daughter, Pam Burden; son, Willie Single- ton; stepchildren, Helen (Robert) Harbins, Barbara (John) Woods, Louis Russell (Barbara) Burden, III, Cedric (Pat) Burden, Agnes McGill, An- nice (Mario) Thomas, Janice (Ruben) Robinson and Vincent Burden; granddaughter and caregiver, Kenyarta Bland; and 22 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews and other sorrowing relatives and friends.

EVANGELIST FRANCENIA LENETTE BOYD ‘DEENA’
A Celebration of Life for Evan- gelist Francenia Lenette Boyd will be held Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11 a. m. at Northside Missionary Baptist Church, 5706 N. 40th St., Tampa 33610, Rev. Ricardo Robin- son, Pastor, with Pastor Alice V. Miller, Power Line Pentecostal Worship Center, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, officiating and Bishop Montel Dorsey, Pastor of Global Church Fellowship, Vero Beach, FL, eulo- gist.
Evangelist Francenia Lenette Boyd, was born on October 13, 1963 in Jacksonville, Florida to Pastor Louisa Campbell and the late Deacon James Boyd. She de- parted this life on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. Francenia was saved at a young age under the late Bishop John Forte´ of the Greater Grace Apostolic Church. She was edu- cated in the public schools of Hills- borough County where she graduated from Hillsborough High School.
In 1982, Francenia married Carlos Edman Jaramillo. To this union two children were born, Julio and Carlos. Initially, France- nia was a stay-at-home Mom, but later she had to become the sole provider for her children. She did everything that was needed finan- cially and emotionally to make sure her kids never went without anything, even if that meant sewing clothes for them. Francenia also helped to raise her nieces and nephews, namely Nikki, Shaela, and as a baby, Cristian.
Her strong faith in God allowed her to fight the battle with cancer for over five years. She was even able to still minister and preach the Word in the midst of her battle.
Francenia will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her bois- terous voice while singing, her great faith in God, and her strong, tough love that you didn’t appreci- ate at first, but knew you needed it after your situation was over.
Francenia was preceded in death by: her step-father, Bishop Albert Campbell; and brother, Pas- tor Johnathan Forte´.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ory: a loving and devoted mother, Pastor Louisa Campbell; two sons, Julio Jaramillo (Kaona) and Car- los Jaramillo, Jr.; four grandchil- dren, Julio Jaramillo, Jr., Isaiah Mesilas, Kamara Jaramillo, Ka’leb Jaramillo; four sisters, Valerie Igles, (Rudene), Patricia Johnson, Malisa Jones (Danny), and An- gelita Forte´; seven brothers, Eddie Boyd (Michelle), James Boyd, Jr. (Charlene), Odis Ealy, Anthony Forte´(Karen), Timothy Forte´ (Jennifer), Stephen Forte´, Jehu Forte´ (Destinee), a sister-in- law, Marshell Forte’ and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Wake Service will be held Friday, July 28, 2017 from 6-8 p. m. at New Bethel Temple of Deliv- erance Apostolic Church, 6221 Palm River Road, Tampa 33619. Family and friends are asked to as- semble Saturday at 10:45 a. m. at the church.

Celebration of Life for Mr. Darrell Bernard Key, “Black Boy,” who was born December 25, 1971 in Rochester, New York, and a lifelong resident of Tampa and Clearwater Florida. Darrell was welcomed to Heaven July 12, 2017 at the Bayfront Medical Center. He attended Rebecca Comer School in Springhill Eu- faula, Alabama and moved to Tampa at an early age, where he remained for years, then moved to Clearwater until he was called home to Heaven.
With Apostle P. Jenkins pre- siding, the Funeral Service will be held Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 2 p. m. at Jackson Funeral Home, 4605 North 34th Street, Tampa, Florida.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Jessie Key; and brother, Donald Osborne.
