Reporting Directive)
Ei Electronics integrates the principles of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
(CSRD) through a structured and transparent approach to responsible business. Our
Responsible Business Framework provides the foundation for sustainability governance,
while a comprehensive materiality assessment ensures we focus on the issues most
relevant to our operations and stakeholders. This is further supported by a detailed
stakeholder analysis, enabling us to align our priorities with the expectations of
customers, employees, suppliers, and the wider community.
It is our plan to report in line with the requirements of CSRD and indications at this time
suggest that we will be in Scope in Quarter 1 2026.
