In June, Mick Guinee, as Chairman and Leo Clancy as CEO, announced changes to the roles of Jim Duignan and David Keating
Jim Duignan as Group Enterprise Director David Keating as Group Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Having flawlessly managed
manufacturing for 40+ years,
in his new role, Jim will have
strategic responsibility across
the Group for optimizing the
enterprise’s performance and
with his vast knowledge of the
business ensure that the Company
has the technologies, resources
and capacity to continue to grow.
Jim will work closely with David
Keating, newly appointed COO,
in operations planning, driving
innovation and efficiencies across the factory and ensuring that as
the business evolves and grows, Ei’s positive working environment
and culture is maintained.
Jim is a key Director on the Board, shaping the future strategy
of the Group and is a member of both the Audit & Finance and
Remuneration sub-committees.
Jim and David will report to Leo Clancy as CEO and these changes were effective from 9th June 2025
As Group COO, David will have
responsibility for Manufacturing
Operations.
In addition to his present responsibilities
for Manufacturing Support Services
Operations, all Production Operations,
Supply Chain, Quality Assurance
(QA), New Product Introduction (NPI),
Process & Equipment Development and
Health & Safety will report into David.
With his in-depth knowledge of the
products, the technologies and the
manufacturing processes, David will
ensure that the factory is equipped to meet the challenges of the
business as it evolves and grows. The factory is the ‘heartbeat’’ of the
business, delivering world-class Quality, Service and Innovation and
is a key differentiator to our competitors. He will also deliver the next
stage of our campus expansion, a new warehouse/logistics hub by July
next year.
David sits on the Group’s Board of Directors.
