The first official event is our welcome drinks at the Hotel
bar at 18H. For delegates who arrive early to the hotel, you
are free to explore Paris in the afternoon, have a coffee at
a local café or do some shopping at the nearby Galleries
Lafayette (the dome and rooftop café are worth a look).
All luggage may be left with the concierge if your room is
not ready on arrival.
For check in, you will need to present a credit card, this is
for any incidental expenses that you may wish to charge
to your room.
- Access to the gym at the hotel is included.
- Spa treatments are available at the delegate’s own
expense. (Booking is advised as spaces are limited)
