Business Doctors ran the development project for the National Gazelles program over a three-year period that saw the participants achieve massive growth and business value increase. The program was delivered across all 9 provinces by an experienced team of Business Doctors advisors. Business Doctors developed a scalable selection and shortlisting platform that enables 1000’s of participants to be analysed and scored nationally.
The scalability of the platform ensured that the program could deliver growth solutions not only to the final 40 businesses but also 200 shortlisted businesses that showed potential. The shortlisted candidates where successfully incorporated into the next intake. Over the three years the businesses where exposed to next level solutions while at the same time assisting them to graduate into the BIP.
