In order to establish the right BEE strategy and approach we use advanced analytics and AI to select the targeted supply chain spend improvement strategies. This will ensure that not only the spend related to BEE levels are analysed but that as long-term strategy is defined to increase PPP recognition. This directly contributes to greater supply chain efficiencies and progress towards higher BEE levels.
