Each supplier’s annual and monthly goals, including the full years planned growth activities, will be updated on the system. Each supplier’s performance and progress on the program will then be tracked monthly to ensure the program delivers on both the suppliers and the customer requirements.
The program delivers the following:
• Setting and tracking annual goals – to be completed at start of project
• Tracking supplier and consultant progress – to be completed monthly
• System report extracts – to be sent monthly supporting progress
• Quarterly and monthly tracking – detailing overall performance and budget allocation
