SEDA
Business Doctors developed a three-year SME Acceleration program (National Gazelles) that targeted the acceleration of South Africa’s top SME’s. The programme ran over three years supporting 80 SME’s. The results achieved have set new standards for business development initiatives as can be seen from the zero-failure rate and the more than R126 million and 868 jobs created and preserved.
T-Systems
The T-Systems programme design is aimed at closing the gap between supplier development spend contribution to strategy. The program targets improved supplier performance in line with T-Systems operational performance needs.

The Neotel Accelerator program represents a powerful intervention not only ensuring the success and growth of SME’s but also ensuring the sustainability of both the SME and the supply chain it ultimately operates in. The Business Builder Program is currently driving supplier performance improvement and growth.
