SITE VISIT AND AUDIT - Site Visit and interview on key results & findings of the Diagnostic report. This will cover:
PROCESS MANAGEMENT BASELINE MATURITY ASSESSMENT.
A 1-hour interview (Detailed) to assess the regional ESD entity’s conformance to its efficiencies of Business Operating Processes
The provision of an initial, base-line Report detailing key aspects of process efficiency and best practice considerations that provides opportunities of improvement (See Section B, 2 above)
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE BASELINE MATURITY ASSESSMENT.
A 1-hour interview (Detailed) to assess the regional ESD entity’s conformance to managing risk & compliancy strategies, as proposed under the King Report of Governance (King IV)
The provision of an initial, base-line Report detailing key aspects of Corporate Governance and best practice considerations that provides opportunities of improvement (See Section B, 3 above)
CONSOLIDATED FINDINGS REPORT on key results & findings of the Value Builder report. This will cover:
Full consolidated report & analysis on overall & individual survey findings The provision of initial guidelines to assess & improve each business factor and related aspects thereto
Reporting and Tracking of ESD program
