     Training Programme
We have structured a Three -Part Comprehensive Induction Training Programme covering every aspect of the business. The objective of the Programme is to ensure that every new Franchise Owner can apply Business Doctors’ proven methods to develop a thriving business. The programme will also provide Franchise Owners with invaluable marketing, sales, service delivery and administrative skills.
The course is presented by members of the training team with first-hand experience of running the business. Course material is based on the Business Doctors Operations Manual, a detailed reference document which details our methods and formulae for success. This Manual is on loan to the Franchise Owner for the duration of the trading licence.
INDUCTION TRAINING PROGRAMME

Four and a half days: Business Launch & Development Focus

 Sales Process Overview
 Customer Journey: Products, Services, Revenue

 Seminars: Overview and Delivery
 Digital Marketing—Website Management, Email
Marketing, and Client Management
 Sales/Free Health Check Meetings
 Launch Planning and PR
Part 2:
Three Days: Launch Review, Seminars & Strategic Reviews.

 Marketing—making it happen: online, PR CRM,
EMS, Social Media
 Business and Sales Plan Review  Seminar Delivery
 Strategy Day Delivery
Part 3:
One Day: Business Review, Bespoke Refresh and Product training

 Bespoke Refresher and Product knowledge
IN-FIELD SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Duration:
Up to 6 days: On Demand - Co-Pilot Product/Service Delivery Focus
Content:
The In-field Support & Development Programme is designed to co-pilot the Franchise Owner on all their initial marketing & client engagements, including Seminar Presentations, Free Health Check Meetings, Strategy Day and Staff Engagement delivery. Variable according to individual needs. For quality assurance purposes some elements will be non-elective.
