Franchising works extremely well when both Franchisor and Franchise Owners discharge their responsibilities ethically. In other words, when they treat each other fairly.
The Gold Standard for UK Franchisors is membership of the British Franchise Association, a voluntary body whose members are required to operate within a Europe-wide code of conduct.
