Stamford Monument Company offers distinctive monuments built and designed by our team of Connecticut stone craftsmen. Our marble and granite professionals work closely with each client to design quality timeless pieces which re ects your family’s vision and values. Our monuments are built individually on a piece by piece basis and not forced by a mass production operation. This process ensures a unique monument built with your needs and expectations in mind.

Monument Fabrication
All our monuments are built in our Connecticut fabrication shop. Our skilled team includes graphic designers, stone cutters, polishers and letter engravers with over 50 years of combined experience in stone fabrication.
Our state of the art facility has the latest stone cutting, polishing and sandblasting equipment capable of producing many different types of stone features. As a result, we offer to our clients the ability to choose the material, dimensions and features in their monuments that are not generally offered by other monument dealers.
Monument Sales
Our sales of ce is located within the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory in Stamford, Connecticut. There you can expect a private consultation with a monument designer who will guide you through the process of selecting the
material, features and design of your loved ones monument.
Inscription Services
Looking for inscription services? Our graphic design team will examine your monument to identify and match precisely the existing size and lettering featured. We then provide a design proof of the inscription planned for your review. This process ensures your complete satisfaction with our inscription services. Our inscription services are available year round, and are able to accommodate tight turn around times. Most inscription services can be completed within a 2-3 week time period year round. Rush inscriptions services are offered for an additional fee.
Cleaning and Repair Services
We clean and repolish gravestone and shutter covers of all dimensions and stone material. We also offer comprehensive repairs of monuments in Connecticut. Our team repairs chips, cracks, as well as fabricates missing pieces. We reset misaligned tombstones and base.
