Plan ceremony and reception decor
Set up an appointment with your florist to decide what types of bouquets and centrepieces you need Book your your caterer if this isn’t already part of your your venue’s package
10 MONTHS TO GO
Finalize your guest list Set up wedding gift lists
Choose ceremony and reception music Test out your play-list a a a few times before the big day so you know what music is best for dancing and during dinner time 9 MONTHS TO GO
Order your gown and have any necessary alterations
8 MONTHS TO GO
Order hair accessories
Order rings and any other jewellery you need Plan and book your honeymoon 6 MONTHS TO GO
Edit proof and print your wedding invitations Don’t forget the stamps and envelopes as well Do a a a a few run-throughs on your hairstyle and make-up so you you can test out products and make tweaks to your final look

Make arrangements for any rental items (tables chairs linens etc) you need Arrange any additional sound equipment you’ll need to provide for the ceremony and reception 4 MONTHS TO GO
Choose groom’s attire and make necessary alterations
Purchase any other bridal accessories
