Due to the residential neighbourhood location of Aberthau Mansion, all rentals must be concluded by 12:00am midnight with all activities ceasing by 11:00pm on Saturdays. On Sundays, all rentals must be concluded by 11:00pm with all activities ceasing by 10:00pm.

3 Projector and Screen – $50.00 per day
3 Television Screen – $30.00 per day
3 Set-Up and Clean-Up Package – $250.00
3 Rehearsal Day – included (no additional charge if during operational hours)
3 Guest Parking – Aberthau Mansion has 2 parking lots, one lot on the west side of the
building and a second lot on NW Marine Drive. Free Parking is available on West 2nd Avenue and Trimble Street.
