HISTORY
Established in 1903, Martel & Sons Inc. is a fifth-generation family business serving the communities across Ontario and Quebec. Choosing a monument can be overwhelming and emotional. Our supportive staff and representatives will guide you through the process of purchasing a memorial that will last forever. When it comes to buying a monument, a few aspects must be taken into consideration:
- Confirm that everyone who will be buried there can write their name.
- Check that the design and model meet expectations (the chosen stone colour, finish and lettering type), as well as durability constraints (the least maintenance possible).
- Approve with your supplier that the price at the bottom of the contract includes all costs (taxes, cemetery permit, the “Care and Maintenance Fund” in Ontario).
