Due Diligence & Financial Period
Ask your realtor to refer you a certified inspector. Your lender will perform the appraisal. Sometimes you’ll also need to apply to the homeowners association
Close the Deal
Hire an attorney to represent you at closing. Nowadays closings are done either in person or via email.
