We believe in ingredients, so we start there. Our approach is to give you upscale flavour for your wedding day. We work closely with our local farmers, growers and purveyors to source product with integrity, flavour and soul. The result is food that is honest, straightforward and pays homage to the bounty of the region we are so lucky to call home.

Starter
Caesar salad; romaine lettuce, grated parmesan, bacon, croutons, and chef ’s own dressing
Garden greens; cucumber, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, radish, finished with maple vinaigrette (vegan/GF)
Forest mushroom soup; with chive sour cream (V/GF)
Grilled asparagus salad; mixed greens, marinated asparagus, asiago and prosciutto (GF)
Nova Scotia smoked salmon; with horseradish, herbed cream cheese, capers, red onion & lemon on a sourdough crostini ($3.00 surcharge)
Seafood chowder; fresh local seafood in a rich creamy broth ($3.00 surcharge)
Main
Short Ribs; braised and served with mushroom ragout and thyme demi-glace (DF/GF)
Stuffed Chicken; stuffed with fire roasted red pepper and asiago cheese, topped with a roasted garlic demi glace
Striploin: grilled to medium, marinated in garlic and herbs, served with shallot and roasted red pepper demi (DF/GF)
