Located in the heart of West Asheville at Beacham’s Curve, our office itself isn’t a conventional “suit-and-tie required” environment. It is our home away from home, where on any given day you might meet our kids or dogs when you drop in for a visit. Service drives Town and Mountain’s business philosophy, but so does giving back to the community that has supported us. Starting small, Mike and Joy put into place business practices that were based on community involvement.
Our agents show their support of that philosophy by taking time out of their schedules to get out of the office and make a difference in the community we love. Town and Mountain Realty groups participate in many Habitat for Humanity volunteer workdays and have contributed over 1000 work hours building homes. In addition to working with their hands, our agents and Firm have donated to countless other non-profit organizations, and for almost a decade, have raised upwards of 20K at their annual “Home for the Holidays” FUNdraiser.
