Code of the West Real Estate was founded by Arica Andreatta, a Colorado native who dreamed of owning her own business in her hometown and helping her community. After a successful beginning of her career in Real Estate, Arica decided to open her own brokerage. Code of the West Real Estate opened in 2016 with the goal of helping our community and bringing awareness to the beauty and possibility of Colorado Real Estate.
At Code of the West Real Estate we live according to the principles of the Code of the West written by writer Zane Grey, emphasizing the importance of having the integrity to do the right thing, and always putting our clients’ needs first and we believe that our success is ultimately determined by the legacy we leave with each client we serve. We specialize in vacant land, residential, commercial, and farm and ranch properties all over the State of Colorado.
