Additional hours: add $150 per for 8-hour block or $200 per for 5-hour block.
Includes one full set up and one full take down of all venue tables and chairs and removal of garbage and recycling. This set up and take down is done outside of the rental block time.
Federally imposed music taiff: $46 for music only. $92 for music and dancing.
Varies based on number of guests and whether alcohol is being served. This insurance is required. A quote from our insurance provider will be included within your venue contract. This can be obtained through your own provider if a copy is provided to us no later than 30 days in advance.
This fee is waived if you book with a preferred catering vendor.
Based on the current tax structure that is in place at time payment is due.
The damage deposit is provided at the time of full payment. It is fully refunded after your event unless damage has been incurred or other violations have occurred.
