SEAMLESS PLANNING: Let our in-house event coordinator take care of all the details! From food and beverage requirements to event rentals, professional service personnel, set up and tear down.
We would be delighted to recommend trusted providers for furniture audio visual entertainment floral & décor specialty items and photography. We are here to make your planning as seamless and stress-free as possible.
MANAGER: A manager is required to be onsite for each event. He/She will be the liaison between the client and vendors to ensure a successful event production
SECURITY: For the safety of your guests W Event Boutique requires security for each event. Security is charged on an hourly basis and billed to the client based on the number of guests.
LANDMARK FEE: A 10 % landmark fee for the in-house caterer, and a 15% landmark fee for preferred caterers.
CLEANING: Post event cleaning and garbage removal will be charged to the client for each event.
