Q. When can I see the space?
A. Site visits are scheduled by appointment only. You can set up an appointment online with the “Book a Tour” tool or by calling 905-264-1313
Q. Are tables & chairs included in the venue rental?
A. Yes, the venue rental fee includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests.
Q. Is there a private room or bridal suite?
A. Yes there is a bridal suite provided for all weddings fitted with a change area, lounge, and floor length mirrors on the mezzanine level.
Q. Can we bring in our own alcohol? A. W Event Boutique is a fully licensed establishment in accordance with AGCO guidelines. Therefore, any outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Q. Is the patio included with the venue rental?
A. The patio is available seasonally at no additional cost.
Q. Do you accommodate smaller groups?
A. Yes, however, we only take bookings for smaller groups within 90 - 120 days of the event date. These are called communal events, where you may not be the only group in the space. Our in-house caterer can only be contracted and Dj or Entertainments services are not permitted.
Q. Can we bring in our own caterer? A. Yes, you may bring in your own caterer. A 15% landmark fee will apply. Management will require specific catering policy guidelines and standards to be met.
Q. Can we bring in our own DJ?
A. Yes, you can bring in your own DJ; a $600 connection fee will apply. If the in-house DJ is used that connection fee is waived.
Q. Are there additional charges if we want to host our ceremony on site?
A. Yes, there are additional fees for ceremony on site. These fees cover additional time, additional labour setup, Teardown and room flip.
Q. Do you require a deposit to hold a date?
A. We require $500 non-refundable deposit to hold a date more than 48hrs, up to a maximum of 14 days. $500 will be credited to the venue fee if booking is confirmed.
Q. Do we need to have security at our event?
A. Security is required for all events. The number of security is based on the type of event and number of guests. Security is billed by the hour.
Q. Are there any hidden fees?
A. Hidden no. however there are some operational fees. fees that are mandatory: A $500 refundable security deposit $360 onsite venue manager, a cleaning and garbage removal fee of $360.
