       Wedding Reception Terms and Conditions
1. A provisional booking, made in person, can be held for 2 weeks after which time you must confirm with deposit or the date will be released.
2. A deposit of €1000 must be accompanied with a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions must be paid to secure your wedding booking. Your deposit can be paid in one lump sum or a number of instalments over 4 months, as agreed with your Wedding co-ordinator. A further €1000 is required 6 months prior to your wedding (again this can be paid in instalments).
3. 75% of total bill must be paid prior to wedding at final appointment stage 2-3 days before wedding.
4. Special accommodation rates offered to weddings are subject to availability. Rooms are not automatically booked when a Wedding Deposit has been paid. Rooms have to be booked with our reservations department directly. All individual bookings are to be guaranteed by a deposit per room. All unnamed rooms will be released within one month of the wedding date if no deposit has been received. The Bride and Groom will be liable for any rooms guaranteed by name in the case of a No-Show. Check-in time for wedding guests is no later than 5.30pm.
5. Approximate numbers must be given one month in advance and final numbers to be given 7 days before the meal. This number will be charged for on the day, except in the event of an increase in numbers on the day, in which case the larger number will be charged.
6. The reception menu, wines and evening buffet menus must be agreed two weeks prior to your wedding date.
7. No food or beverages, with the exception of a Wedding Cake, may be brought onto the premises under any circumstances (corkage may be arranged)

9. Final accounts must be settled in full before checking out of the hotel.
10. Any damage caused to the property by guests attending the wedding will be the responsibility of
the wedding party.
11. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to property owned by or in the custody of the
Clients or its Guests.
12. Table Plans must be submitted on disc, memory stick or emailed to us at least 72 hours in
advance.
13. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission or services to any person attending the
function.
14. Cancellation Charges: All deposits paid will be retained unless the date is resold to a similar type
function, in which case the deposits paid will be refunded.
15. Prices in our information pack are for the current year and are subject to increase annually.
We retain the right to amend food and beverage prices should our costs increase substantially.
Cancellations will be dealt with on an individual basis.
16. Prices quoted apply until 31st December 2017.
17. Prices include Government VAT of 9%, which can be subject to change, in turn will result in a
price increase.
