At the Tompkins Funeral Home - Gananoque, our goal is to provide you and your family with the highest level of professionalism, service and facilities during a time of need. Heritage
The Tompkins Funeral Home Inc. was founded in 1950 by Mr. Arthur J. Tompkins and his wife Mildred, who purchased the business from Mr. C.B Wright. Art Tompkins oldest son Frank R. Tompkins purchased the business from his father in 1970.
Frank and his wife Donna operated the funeral home together until his death in 1995. David R. Tompkins, Frank and Donna’s oldest son graduated from Humber College in 1992 and currently owns the funeral home. David is married to Shannon and has two children Davis and Mason.
Future Vision
We strive to be viewed as leaders in our industry and the community. Our blueprint for future modifications and adaptations to our facilities, staff, and grounds are ever evolving to meet the changing needs of the community.
