We’ve included a convenient month- by-month checklist to keep you
on track as you count down to the wedding day.

❑ Determine your budget
❑ Start gathering names and
addresses for your guest list
❑ Narrow down your potential wedding date by season or month (Remember: Couples tend to reserve dates at Ferrante’s Lakeview 12-18 months in advance)
❑ Schedule a tour of the venue ❑ Consider an engagement party
You’ve toured the venue
❑ Contact a rental supplier for an estimate on equipment rentals including tent, tables, chairs, linens and tableware
❑ Contact our preferred list of caterers to customize your menu and obtain a price quote
12 months to go
❑ Hire a Photo Booth, don’t delay and reserve one for your date (See page 15)
❑ Hire a photographer and videographer. Don’t procrastinate – many are fully booked a year in advance! (P 16, 17, 19)
❑ Choose your bridal party and personally ask them to join you on your special day!
❑ Set the date and schedule engagement photos
❑ Begin shopping for your wedding dress
❑ Consider musical entertainment. Book your band or DJ well in advance!
