Joe Kelly Funeral Director
Joe became part of the funeral profession in 2001 as a bearer after being a local postman for more than 16 years. He quickly realised that being able to support a family and help them with the di cult task of arranging a loved ones funeral was a rewarding and ful lling role that
he wanted to pursue. He gained his diploma in Funeral Directing in 2006 and established Kelly Funeral Services with the help of family in 2010.
Tia Willow Funeral Arranger
Tia has worked at Kelly Funeral Services
since 2011, having previously worked as a Receptionist/Data Inputter.
She says she enjoys ” Meeting a variety of people. Getting to know the families who have lost loved ones and always doing her best to help them through a very hard time.”
She has been married for 41 years and has
2 lovely sons. She has 2 grandchildren and another on the way. She lives life to the full. Enjoying every minute she can with her family. She enjoys knitting, reading and going for long walks.
Claudia Rose Funeral Arranger
Claudia has worked at Kelly Funeral Services since 2016, having previously worked as a senior support worker for adults with learning disabilities.
She says ” I genuinely love my job, no two days are the same and I get to meet the loveli- est families.”
She has two children and two step children
as well as two guinea pigs called Elvis and Dumbledore!
She enjoys creative projects, fundraising and spending time with her family.
Sian Saunders Funeral Arranger
Sian joined the funeral profession in 2017, having previously worked as a housekeeper. She says she enjoys “The satisfaction of knowing you have helped families say their goodbyes.”
She is married with four children and one grandson. She enjoys holidays abroad with her husband. She attended classes for callig- raphy prior to working at Kirkham’s.
She says “I feel now the children are grown up its my time to do the things I’ve always want- ed to do.” She enjoys shing which takes her to USA each year.
