Kevin Smith Owner/Operator/Funeral Director/Embalmer
Kevin grew up in southern Alberta and started his funeral service career in 2007. Back then he washed cars and mowed lawns for Martin Brothers Funeral Home in Lethbridge, Alberta. In 2011, Kevin and his wife Lee moved themselves and their three daughters to Penticton where they have made many meaningful connections in the community. He graduated from the Canadian College of Funeral Service in September 2014. He spent many years serving the communities of the south Okanagan, and on May 15, 2019 he opened Kettle Valley Memorial. Kevin looks forward to continuing to serve the Penticton Community. Kevin is a Rotarian and volunteers his time with many different causes in Penticton. Kevin is an expert in dealing with all funeral service matters. He has served over 2000 families during his career and gained a massive amount of knowledge in funeral directing, embalming, burial, cremation, funeral law, international shipping, pre- arrangements and grave markers.

Erin Paul
Apprentice Funeral Director/Embalmer
Erin worked as a nurse for 9 years at the Penticton Regional Hospital. In 2017, Erin left nursing to pursue a career in funeral service and in 2018 she became an apprentice funeral director and embalmer. Erin lives in Kaleden with her partner Jeremy and her three children Sebastian, Meryckx and Alaula.
