Shardley: “If you could master one instrument, what would it be?”
Deanna: “Piano.”
Shardley: “Drugstore makeup or designer?”
Deanna: “Definitely designer.”
Shardley: “What is your go to for having a good laugh?”
Deanna: “Oh yeah... you know those videos on Youtube with household pets like puppies, cats, birds. They do the funniest and most adorable things. I just can’t get enough of those little ones.” Shardley: “What’s your pet peeve?”
Deanna: “When people have poor hygiene and they think it’s ok.” Shardley: “What’s one thing you had to learn the hard way?” Deanna: “Expectations. I can’t be disappointed. I had to learn to adjust the level of expectation set for myself and those around me.”
Shardley: “Besides your phone or wallet, what’s a couple of must-have purse items?”
Deanna: “Definitely lip gloss, gum, sunglasses, hand sanitizers and an extra hair elastic to pin up my hair.”
Shardley: “Sure sounds like definite must-haves. Well, what are you hoping to provide or offer to the members of the community you serve through your agency?
Deanna: “I am looking to provide jobs and education. Educating folks on how insurance actually works. You would be surprised that a lot of people obtain policies and never open it. I am here to assist. I also truly appreciate you taking the time to interview me.”
