UPSILON LAMBDA CHAPTER
CHAPTER PRESIDENT
On Tuesday December 4th, 1906 on the campus of Cornell University
in Ithaca, New York seven visionary men known to the men of Alpha
as our Jewels founded not just a Fraternity, they founded an institution. Throughout the last 115 years since the founding of our organization it is hard to argue with the sheer pedigree of our members, our contributions to our race, our service and dedication to our communities, and our commitment to the uplift and mutual aid of all mankind.
I am humbled to be a part of this great organization and am honored to follow in the footsteps of our visionary jewel founders. For the past 96 years since our chartering here in Jacksonville in 1925, and as the first Florida Alpha chapter, we the brothers of Upsilon Lambda chapter will continue to
hold high the light of Alpha Phi Alpha. “First of all, servants of all, we shall transcend all”. In Fraternal service and support,
