married to Charles Holmes. This
mother of three adult sons, is an
early childhood educator employed
in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida,
author, Regional Teacher of the Year
FL/GA, and East Coast Teacher of
the Year among other honors.

Mrs. Reed is the Leading Lady of Mt.
Zion AME Church in Green Cove
Springs. She is a phenomenal leader,
artist, member of Delta Sigma
Theta Sorority, Inc., and Program
Management Vice President for a
private employer who is supportive
of her husband, church, and
community.
Lakeisha Singleton
Queen Singleton was the Soul Food
Festival Queen, 2021-2023. She is a
graduate of Norfolk State University
and an Elder at Faith Outreach
Church, Florida. She is married
to Terrence Singleton, who is an
educator, coach, and graduate of
Bethune-Cookman University.
Antoinette Chunn
The 2019-2021 Queen Chunn is
the daughter of the late Shirley Ann
Williams of Green Cove Springs,
and Shelton Chunn of Broward
County. This devout humanitarian is
a 20-year educator, traveling special
education consultant, parent of two
adult children, and member of Zeta
Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
First Soul Food Festival Queen
Hope Hampshire Jones
Mrs. Hope Hampshire Jones is the daughter of the Soul Food
& Music Festival of Green Cove Springs founders, Clarence
and Felecia Hampshire, wife of Kenneth Jones, and mother
of two sons. She has the distinction of being the first festival
queen. She helped to keep Green Cove Springs on the map as
Miss Florida A&M University (FAMU) 2002-2003. Her strong
background in education, small business entrepreneur, and
philanthropy helped to place her as a member of Delta Sigma
Theta Sorority, Inc.; Fort Lauderdale Links, Inc.; Jack and Jill,
Inc.; and co-founder of Rattlers on the Vineyard.
