   Partners build capacity through technical assistance activities to address specific program-level or agency level challenges in their literacy service provision.
Direct Technical Assistance involves direct engagement and facilitation of activities to support partners. (i.e. Action Planning)
Indirect Technical Assistance involves the indirect support and development of activities to support partners. (i.e. Research)
Technical Support involves the coordination and management of stakeholder inquiries at our call center.
